Les Questions comptables permettent à votre comptable et à votre équipe de clarifier des points sur des transactions bancaires et des factures de frais précises directement dans Flowtly, sans fils d'e-mails ni portails externes. Chaque question est rattachée au document exact qu'elle concerne, le contexte est donc toujours à portée de clic.

Notions clés

  • Question : un fil rattaché à une seule transaction bancaire ou facture de frais, avec un statut ouvert, répondu ou résolu.
  • Boîte de questions : toutes les questions de votre organisation se trouvent dans Finance et activité → Comptabilité → Questions.
  • Accès : les utilisateurs ayant accès à la comptabilité peuvent poser et répondre.

Poser une question

  • Depuis un document : ouvrez une facture de frais ou une transaction bancaire et lancez-y une question.
  • Depuis l'onglet Questions : cliquez sur Nouvelle question, trouvez la facture ou la transaction par recherche, rédigez la question et envoyez.

Répondre et résoudre

  • Ouvrez un fil depuis la boîte et répondez. Chaque fil renvoie directement à la facture ou à la transaction concernée.
  • Marquez un fil comme Résolu lorsqu'il est traité, et rouvrez-le si la conversation doit continuer.

Notifications

Tout le monde reste informé dans l'application, par push et par e-mail :

  • Lorsque le comptable pose une question, les administrateurs et les responsables comptables sont notifiés.
  • Lorsque quelqu'un répond ou résout, le comptable est notifié.

L'e-mail suit les préférences de notification de chaque personne (catégorie Comptabilité).
